Tech Leadership & Entrepreneurship
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of Edensdigital Agency, Olubayo Samuel leads the firm’s technical vision and execution. He manages a high-performance team of developers, ensuring the weekly delivery of custom web applications and digital solutions. His technical leadership encompasses the design of efficient web infrastructures, the development of custom APIs, and the management of complex databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Beyond coding, he serves as a technical mentor, helping his engineering team navigate bugs and optimise deliverables for maximum efficiency.
Olubayo Samuel is also the Founder of Nova University, an ed-tech initiative he launched in 2020 to bridge the digital skills gap for African youths. Driven by a commitment to social impact, he grew the platform to reach over 4,078 youths across six countries (including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Russia) and established a daily active user base of over 300 students. As the platform’s Director and Web Design Mentor, he has directly guided over 600 students, equipping them with monetizable digital skills.
His entrepreneurial footprint extends to Grow Tally, where he serves as a Senior Software Engineer, and Livrite Healthcare Services, where he served as Co-Founder and Head of Operations for over six years.

Olubayo Samuel Olalekan is currently based in Rostock, Germany, as a PTDF and DAAD Scholar pursuing an M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Universität Rostock.
Olubayo Samuel balances his industry leadership with a role as a Research Assistant, contributing to cutting-edge innovations in Indoor Localisation and Internet of Things (IoT). His research focuses on high-precision positioning systems using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.1+) and Artificial Intelligence. By integrating Machine Learning (TensorFlow) with conventional localisation metrics (AoA, ToF), he is developing smart solutions for multipath-rich environments.
